Ya Gotta Believe (aka Why No Love? - Part 2)

That was a decent win on the road though the competition wasn't anything to write home about. It was nice to see the defense play lights out like that. Offense could have been a bit more consistent, but there really isn't too much you can criticize about that game. The o-line improved a bit, fewer penalties, and better special teams play all helped out.

I think the important thing is that they didn't look past this game to next week. Now you might say that's an easy thing to do, but it's not. Look no further to our next opponent. WAS lost an ugly game to STL yesterday by letting a rookie QB hang 30 points on them.

I think this is a playoff team. Looking at how the rest of the division has started the season should give us all more hope than before. 10-6 might just win the division. So until the games prove us wrong, I think ya gotta believe.

You can always tell when the Eagles win because no one ever stops by Scrapple.

I just don't have much to say. Last week was a win, but it was hard to imagine whoever was QB couldn't defeat that team, even with our O line not playing well (they did do better but...) Still worried about our run D.

This week is going to give us a better clue as to who this team is. the Skins aren't SB material, but they're not the red headed step child either.....

DC has the 2nd worst pass defense in the league so Vick is likely to have another easy go at it. Jags are #29 and DET is 26th so far.

It's been quiet because I was on a plane and missed the entire game. :) That said, it looked like they played the sisters of the blind and treated them as such. This week is their first test against a very good D with Vick starting from the outset. I expect the Skins to make things tough for him by using a Fletcher or Landry as a spy and blitzing that sorry O line into oblivion. That said, they better get to him. Any team that lets an awful St. Louis team pop a 30 spot on them can't be too great.

Bumble, what Redskins defense are you talking about? The one they had 3 years ago? Cause right now they suck with a capital s.

The 30 from St. Louis would support that. However, the Skins have given the Andy Reid offense fits over the years for whatever reason. And don't forget how atrocious the offensive sieve protecting Vick is. Expect a lot of blitzes and sacks and when that happens, bad things usually follow. I also expect Fletcher to spy Vick. This game will be a close one, it always is. However, if Vick shreds this D, then I am going to officially start asking "Kevin who?"

And this D doesn't suck by the way. They completely dominated Dallas in week one, they gave up a lot vs. a good Texans team in week two, and they were terrible last week. At worst they are a mystery capable of performing better than they have. I think the games they are playing with Haynesworth (and vice verse) are a distraction that is hurting them.

God I hate being right. Skins D is not only shutting them down, but also hurting one of their players every other down.

And can we all finally agree how poor of a job Reid does on the fly? My God is he outmatched today. That debacle to end the half was an absolute joke. He not only doesn't know the rules, but also struggles with a Plan B if Plan A doesn't work.

This is who I thought they were. A real team comes to town and they are getting bitch slapped.

If the business is viable were it not for the debts or the pressure from the creditors then there is a great chance of the business being sold off as a pre-pack subject to terms and conditions which you will be advised.
